TODAY WE WILL DISCUSS MOTIVATION:
 
POSITIVE MOTIVATION IS THE KEY TO EVERY SUCCESS
 
GODS GIFT TO US WAS BEING BLESSED WITH TALENT
OUR GIFT TO GOD IS WHAT WE DO WITH THAT TALENT
 
WINNERS MAKE THINGS HAPPEN ... LOSERS LET THINGS HAPPEN
WHAT WILL YOU MAKE HAPPEN TODAY?
 
YESTERDAY IS HISTORY ... TOMOROW IS A MYSTERY
BUT TODAY IS A GIFT FROM GOD!
 
THE MORE WE CHALLANGE PEOPLE TO BE THE BEST THEY CAN BE HELPS THE TEAM BE A UNIT
AS ONE ... REMEMBER THERE ARE NO I'S IN TEAM
 
ONE OF THE BEST THINGS ABOUT WAKING UP EACH DAY IS THE LIMITLESS BOUNDRIES OF
EACH DAY
 
WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE SOMEONES LIFE BETTER TODAY? IF WINNERS MAKE THINGS HAPPEN
AND LOSERS LET THINGS HAPPEN WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN TODAY
 
HOW COULD I BE A BETTER TRAINER OR THERAPIST AND HELP SOMEONE RELIEVE THEIR PAIN
OR MAKE THEM A BETTER ATHLETE
 
HOW CAN I LET PARENTS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE THEM AND THANK THEM
FOR ALL THEY HAVE DONE AND DO TO MAKE EVERYDAY BETTER
 
LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO HOLD GRUDGES OR SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF
 
TOO MANY OF US JUDGE A BOOK BY THE COVER IN DEALING WITH PEOPLE, NEVER EVEN OPENING
THE BOOK TO SEE IF IT COULD BE A BEST SELLER
 
SO OFTEN PEOPLE PLAY THE CUT DOWN GAME INSTEAD OF THE BUILD UP GAME
 
BY NOW MANY OF YOU ARE INTO YOUR PRACTICE SEASONS AND SHOULD BE WORKING ON EVERYTHING
WE WORKED ON IN CAMPS
 
WHEN WE GET TO THE RINK AFTER SETTING UP OUR LOCKER AREA
1.  WARMING UP  BY GOING FOR A JOG, A BRISK WALK, RIDING A BIKE, RUNNING THE STAIRS
    ANY THING TO GET BLOOD AND OXYGEN INTO OUR MUSCLES
2.  STRETCHING ---15 -20 MINUTES OF STRETCHING WE ALL WORKED ON THIS SUMMER
3.  BE A BETTER TEAM MATE BE POSITIVE..ENCOURAGE EACH OTHER TO GET BETTER
    AND WORK HARDED...BE A LEADER NOT A FOLLOWER..
4.  DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AT LEAST 8 GLASSES PER DAY...EVEN IF YOUR NOT THIRSTY
    DRINK WATER ...
 
NEXT WEEK WE WILL WAYS TO INCREASE STRENGTH, SPEED AND POWER
